In 2011 a survey was conducted by Which? Magazine, over 7000 of its members were asked to rate the garden centres they had visited within the last year, asking them to rate them on criteria such as staff helpfulness, product quality and price.
We were very proud to find we had been chosen as joint 4th and think it is a wonderful achievement and it is due to our excellent team of staff that all work incredibly hard and know how hard it is to offer excellent customer service at all times. Our aim is to have the best Garden Centres in the York and Scarborough areas and amongst the very best in Yorkshire and this shows that we have achieved this.

This is the No.1 National Food Standards rating scheme where the official local authority for hygiene rate food businesses for how hygienic and well-managed food preperation on the premises are.
