COVID Measures from 19th July< < Back to News & Events
With many restrictions being lifted from Monday 19th July, we would like to take the opportunity to tell you what our restrictions will look like from this date. COVID-19 has not gone away, so it is important we remain cautious. For the time being there will be minimal changes within the Garden Centres and Coffee Shops.
We are strongly recommending that masks are worn by customers when they are in the inside areas of the Garden Centre and within the Coffee Shop. Our indoor staff will also continue to wear face coverings while working in close proximity to other staff and our customers.
Other measures remaining in place include our One-Way System, Sanitising Stations, Perspex Screens and Being Seated within the Coffee Shop. We will no longer have a staff member on the Entrance Door of the Garden Centre, but one will remain at the Coffee Shop Entrance to show you to your table.
We are no longer legally required to collect contact details, however we will continue to support the NHS Test and Trace therefore our NHS QR code poster will remain available and we will also keep the current system of collecting (and securely storing) names and contact details for those who ask to check in but do not have the app.
We feel these precautions will help protect everyone, as a business we have a responsibility to look after our staff and keep positive tests and self-isolation numbers to a minimum to ensure we can stay open. We hope you understand the need to continue with these measures and would like to thank you for your continued support during these times.
