Hardy Plant Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring that we only sell the best quality plants that will grow if looked after correctly. As part of this commitment Dean’s Garden Centre provides a one-year guarantee on all hardy plants* that fail. A member of our Outdoor Team will take a look at the plant and offer advice and suggestions. Providing they have been cared for properly, have their original label and are returned to us with proof of purchase, we will be happy to replace them for you, if you return them to our Information Desk. We cannot be held responsible for any plant that fails due to adverse weather conditions.

NB. Houseplants do not come with this guarantee, please call the Garden Centre directly to discuss any issues with a member of Houseplant staff, who will be happy to advise on specific plants and assist you accordingly.

*Hardy plants include: Trees, Shrubs, Roses, Climbing Plants, Conifers, Soft Fruit and Heathers
